After 3 years of being together, Jamie took the leap and asked me to marry him. We had been planning this Europe trip for a while now and carefully planned it out to make it one that we would always remember. We did our research on some of the best places to stay and restaurants to eat at... but what I didn't plan out was to get engaged. It was the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. We flew into Nice and immediately took a helicopter from Nice to St. Tropez. People had been telling us that flying into St. Tropez was normal if we wanted to get there faster and avoid traffic... so I just thought we were doing the norm and "when in Rome." This was still the beginning of our trip so we were able to enjoy this special time and move on to travel to Antibes, Rome and lastly Positano. I decided to add this excerpt into this blog to showcase where I am at in my life right now, and for you to understand a little more about me and my current chapter. Eight months later, and we are set to wed on January 13, 2018. My how time flies. I'm so grateful for the things that are happening in my life. The video below shows you exactly how it went down. Here is a breakdown of things I recommend doing while in St. Tropez.
Where to Stay: Hotel de Paris Saint-Tropez & Hotel Byblos
Where to Eat, Lounge & Spend the Day: Bagatelle & Le Club 55
Coffee & Dessert/Pastries: La Tarte Tropezienne, Senequier
Where to Party: L'Opera
Lastly, visit the Dior Cafe where you can shop for all things Dior and sip fancy, frothy Dior coffee. There is also a seasonal Chanel store fixated inside a house complete with a pool and all. The store is only open during the Spring/Summer.
